Job Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and components daily to ensure efficiency, assisting co-workers with prep duties as needed.
Assemble taco orders, meticulously ensuring each one is crafted to perfection and delivered promptly.
Uphold impeccable standards of quality and cleanliness, creating an inviting and safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
Monitor and maintain optimal food temperatures as outlined in the Station Temp Log.
Follow the guidance of our Chefs, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Qualifications:

Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook, showcasing your culinary prowess.
Positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where precision meets speed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to DOH (Department of Health) standards.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
Eagerness to learn, take direction, and contribute effectively within a team setting.
