LEAD FLOOR MANAGER
We’re seeking a Lead Floor Manager who doesn’t just “run the shift” — you own the floor. This role is for a seasoned leader who understands that execution, presence, and standards are non-negotiable. Floor Leadership & Operations
- Lead all FOH operations during service with calm authority and sharp awareness
- Hold "Pre-Shifts" - Set the tone, pace, and standard for each shift
- Anticipate guest and team needs before they become issues
- Enforce service standards, policies, and steps of service without compromise
- Act as the primary point of escalation for guest concerns and operational issues
Team Leadership & Development
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for FOH team members
- Coach in real time — teach, correct, and reinforce standards on the floor
- Partner with senior leadership on performance feedback and development plans
- Help identify future leaders and assist in training them for advancement
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with payroll review, timekeeping accuracy, and labor accountability
- Ensure schedules are executed properly and staffing levels are optimized
- Support documentation of training, incidents, and performance notes
- Assist with inventory awareness, service readiness, and shift preparation
- MUST have Food Handlers Certificate

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant floor management experience (full-service preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume or high-expectation environments
- Strong understanding of service flow, labor control, and team development
- Strong knowledge of the Health Dept Code and Labor Laws
- Confident communicator who can lead without ego
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
