Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Nights & weekends

Responsibilities

    •    Cold station: salads, crudos, ceviches, cold apps

    •    Consistent execution and clean plating

    •    Daily prep, labeling, storage

    •    Food safety and sanitation

    •    Communicate with sauté and grill

Requirements

    •    2+ years cold-line experience

    •    Strong knife skills, raw fish handling

    •    Organized under pressure

    •    NYC experience preferred
