Arvine is in search of a passionate and skilled Bartender to be the heart of our bar program. Position Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in bartending, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of managing a successful bar program.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and training capabilities to foster a team environment that is efficient and committed to excellence.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for engaging with guests and creating a warm, inviting bar atmosphere where every interaction is memorable.
- Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional knowledge of mixology, with the ability to create innovative cocktails and manage the selection of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Organization and Efficiency: Proficient in managing inventory, upkeep of the bar space, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar service.
- Professionalism: A commitment to responsible serving of alcoholic beverages and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of our bar program.
