Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food

Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards

Support ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives

Monitor food costs, portion control, and labor efficiency

Step into a leadership role during the Executive Chef’s absence
