SodexoMagic is seeking a Chef Manager with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team at the prestigious Delta Sky Club at JFK Airport.  Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences! 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food

  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines

  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards

  • Support ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives

  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and labor efficiency

  • Step into a leadership role during the Executive Chef’s absence

  • Contribute to menu execution, seasonal changes, and continuous improvement efforts


Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
