The team is looking for a qualified
 Sous Chef to come join Buddakan's culinary adventure across the globe in your own area backyard.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a well-rated, relevant, and busy restaurant
  • Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly back-of-house team
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially as they pertain to Asian cuisine
  • Highly desired; Associate degree from a culinary focused university
  • Benevolent leadership skills and a natural energy/enthusiasm about their profession
  • Understanding of cost optimization, ordering, and vendor management
  • Willingness and eagerness to support hourly staff on the line when needed
