Nancy Silverton's Pizzeria Mozza is now seeking a talented Host to join our team!

If you are a driven, polished restaurant professional who is passionate about hospitality, send us your resume!

We are looking for HOST candidates that possess the following criteria:

Open Availability (including WEEKENDS + HOLIDAYS) is a MUST * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with high volume.
Experience operating OpenTable/Guest Center reservations system is a MUST
Posses poise and a natural propensity towards warmth and gracious hospitality
Ability to speak clearly and articulate to our guests, providing information and answering questions while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
Ability to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with notable reservations & first time diners alike.
Ability and willingness to stand for the entire duration of a shift, 6-8 hours
Detailed attention to the cleanliness of the host area and its surrounding environment
Strong phone articulation & grace under pressure

This is also a role where you will be cross-trained as a reservationist, allowing the ability for duality amongst our team and the ability to make both a higher hourly wage alongside tipped shifts. Minimum 2 years experience in this field non-negotiable.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
