Job Details

Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on the classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out we feel is no longer relevant. We emphasize over-the-top hospitality with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated, yet so comfortable, guests have no choice but to return.

We are small jewel box fine dining restaurant, with an incredible clientele.

Qualifications:

Ideally brings 1–3 years of experience in a fine-dining or Michelin-caliber environment
Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation platforms is a plus
Exhibits polished professionalism paired with genuine warmth and a gracious hospitality mindset
Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
Able to welcome guests with ease and warmth while confidently managing reservation details, maintaining proper etiquette, and creating a calm, composed and positive first impressions
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Professional phone etiquette

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
