Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently to Schneider standards
- Execute service with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station throughout service
- Follow all recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas
- Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house staff
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Assist with prep, opening, and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
