Line Cook

Bagel & Bean is seeking a dependable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our growing café team. This role focuses on food preparation and kitchen execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for preparing fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bacon, and supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, speed, and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bagels, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, and bacon consistently and efficiently

• Execute orders accurately during busy service periods

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation

• Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards

• Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen organization

• Communicate effectively with front-of-house team

Requirements:

• Kitchen or food prep experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

• Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Team-oriented and coachable

• English required; Spanish a plus

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
