- Previous experience in upscale restaurant settings; knowledge of dining etiquette, menu items, wine pairings and service techniques
- Ability to serve and clear food and beverage in an engaging or unobtrusive and professional manner as needed
- Expertise in Toast Point of Sale System
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to easily understand and respond to guests needs and requirements
- Experience learning and selling bespoke cocktail programs
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
