Floor Manager and/or Assistant General Manager

OPEN FLOOR MANAGER AND ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER POSITION IN NYC. Michelin or James Beard award winner experience required.

SUMMARY

Basic Job Description: Floor Manager and/or AGM will be responsible for assisting the on site General Manager in overseeing all aspects of day- to-day management of restaurants; training and leadership of Restaurant staff; implementing standards of hospitality and service; responsible for maintaining operations within performance and assisting with budgetary targets; coordinated support of the restaurant, and other tasks reasonably associated with the foregoing. The Floor Manager and/or Assistant General Manager will report to their Generall Manager or Director of Hospitality and may be given specific responsibilities of the restaurant including opening/closing and or overseeing specific departments.
