Event Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Private Event Booker to secure corporate and private event business for our venue. This is an Independent Contractor role, commission-only, and not part of our internal payroll. Ideal for someone with strong hospitality sales experience and an established network.

Responsibilities:

• Source and book corporate/private events

• Manage inquiries, proposals, and negotiations

• Coordinate event details with our internal team once confirmed

• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow-ups

• Build relationships with planners, agencies, and corporate clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in private events, catering sales, or hospitality

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Existing corporate contacts strongly preferred

• Professional presentation and reliability

Compensation:

• Commission-only (paid per confirmed and executed event)
