Seeking a Restaurant Manager for a growing, award-winning casual restaurant/bar in a popular NoVa neighborhood. Must be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of front-of-house management to ensure smooth daily service, support staff performance, and collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards.

The ideal candidate will be committed to hospitality as a career and have a passion for creating a vibrant dining atmosphere, developing staff, and building lasting relationships with guests. This role includes the ability to plan engaging events and uphold the quality, consistency and culture our guests expect.

Must have full-time availability, including late nights and weekends. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a manager is required.
