We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join the culinary team at JT's Urban Italian, where quality, precision, and hospitality are paramount.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and execute grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to exacting standards

• Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation during high-volume service

• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards

• Properly handle and maintain grill equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant

• Strong knowledge of temperatures, timing, and premium ingredients

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Professional demeanor and team-first attitude

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
