Upscale Casual Bar Concept | Opening Late January
We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our opening team for a new upscale casual bar concept launching in the last week of January. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in craft, service, and creating a warm, elevated guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for executing a curated cocktail, wine, and beer program while delivering attentive, polished service. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience from opening week forward and contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to spec and with consistency

Deliver warm, efficient, and knowledgeable guest service

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service

Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system

Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and side work

Communicate effectively with management and teammates during service

Uphold brand standards and contribute positively to team morale
Requirements

Previous bartending experience required (upscale casual, cocktail-focused, or high-volume environments preferred)

Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday)

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced service environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
