We are looking to add additional bartenders to our team here at Johnny Pistolas. The ideal candidate will have already worked as a bartender for a minimum of one year. Experience with making craft cocktails is preferred. This position would be mainly expected to work weekends, with additional shifts during the week as needed in order to staff the many events hosted here on a regular basis.
Some of the expectations we have for our bartenders include:
- Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service
- Interact with customers and improve bar service based on feedback received
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation
- Clear and reset bar seats after each guest
- Being able to communicate effectively with support staff to let them know when a bar needs something
- Being able to set up and restock a bar at the beginning of every shift and in preparation for special events.
- Being able to learn the food menu and wait on tables as a server when help on the floor needed.
