- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistency and quality during high-volume periods.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus, but not required.
