Support Staff

Location: The Joyce — Miami Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (flexible)
Reports To: Front-of-House Manager / Restaurant Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Support Staff / Food Runner to help deliver an exceptional dining experience at The Joyce. In this role, you will support both kitchen and front-of-house operations by assisting with food delivery, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring our guests receive attentive and seamless service. This position is key to keeping service efficient in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Teal+1

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests’ tables. Teal

• Support servers and bussers by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining dining areas. Teal

• Assist in setting up service stations and table settings before and during shifts. Breakroom

• Ensure orders are checked for accuracy and presentation before service. Teal

• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the appropriate team members. Breakroom

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during service. Breakroom

• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Teal

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred but not required; training provided. Jooble

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Jooble

• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to ~25–50 lbs as needed. Teal

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
