We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Position Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and care. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade to execute a refined, seasonal menu and uphold the standards of a high-end culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to…)
Prepare and execute dishes according to the chef's specifications and fine dining standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure all mise en place is completed before service and maintain quality and consistency during service.
Collaborate with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and chefs de cuisine to ensure smooth and timely service.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Participate in daily prep, cleaning, and end-of-day closing duties.
Uphold kitchen safety protocols and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred but not required.
Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques (sauté, grill, roasting, etc.).
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.18) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $100.00
