Reservations Agent

Job Details

We are seeking a highly energetic, organized and professional individuals who goes above and beyond to provide the ultimate customer experience to join our team as a reservationist supporting Chef’s Table management to accomplish goals and meet established targets having the guest’s satisfaction as a priority. The successful candidate will be responsible to answering phone calls, responding to queries, and booking reservations in a friendly and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in comparable position at fine- dining level
• Professional writing etiquette
• Outstanding English speaking and writing skills
• Highly organized and responsible
• Able to work with others and in individual manner without supervision
• Ability to build rapport and maintain open communication channels with guests and coworkers
• Complete knowledge of restaurant menu, and restaurant operation dynamics
• Ability to manage stress under difficult situations and to solve unexpected issues or complicated requests
• Knowledge of Rest and reservations management system
