Requirements

• Prior professional kitchen experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized work style
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team mentality
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• California Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)

Job Duties

• Execute prep and service with consistency and care
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Follow recipes, techniques, and systems established by the chef team
• Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow cooks
• Support overall kitchen operations and team success
