Panca BK Restaurant in the heart of Prospect heights, Brooklyn, is currently looking for a sous chef. At Panca BK, we focus on South American and mediterranean flavors, centered over our wood fired grill. We update our menu regularly, and take inspiration from South America and the Mediterranean to create a delicious menu. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to start as early as possible. The Sous Chef at Panca BK will be responsible for the following:
Ordering
Daily operations
Inventory management
Maintaining food cost and labor cost within a range
Assisting in menu creation
Managing a team of cooks and BOH personnel
Helming kitchen when required
Helping in special events
