Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
Advanced wine knowledge, including familiarity with classic and contemporary wine regions, varietals, and proper service standards
Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service
Organization and multi-tasking skills
A minimum of two years working in a fine dining establishment
An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
Ability to work as a team player
