Job Details

Fast-paced, international restaurant group is seeking an established and passionate General Manager with a strong technical background in fine dining (Michelin/Luxury hotel F&B preferred) to lead their very busy restaurant in San Francisco. The right candidate will be someone that loves service and F&B; a true Epicurean willing to learn a new ethnic cuisine and embrace the concept of being an ambassador of everything Peruvian. Someone with Michelin and/or Forbes 5 star F&B experience is preferred.

Must be eligible to work in the US

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and direction
  • Manage operations, administrative responsibilities, and finances of business
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3+ years as General Manager or higher
  • 5+ years in fine dining restaurants and/or Forbes 5 star F&B settings
  • Experience managing top line between $7-10mm
  • Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees
  • Experience with CA and/or WA labor laws in preferred but not required
  • Management and Customer Service experience 
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting 
  • Strong communications skills

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($150,000.00 - $170,000.00)
