Job Title: Bartender – Jade Rabbit Speakeasy

Hidden beneath Maison Lotus, Jade Rabbit is the Main Line’s first speakeasy—a cocktail destination where mixology is the show. Inspired by the ancient legend of the Jade Rabbit, our space blends myth, artistry, and hospitality into a one-of-a-kind drinking and dining experience.

We’re seeking a Bartender to bring this vision to life. The right candidate will be both a master of craft cocktails and a performer at heart—someone who thrives on creating unforgettable guest experiences, telling stories through drinks, and leading the bar with creativity and precision.

•  Help to develop a cocktail program that’s innovative, elegant, and rooted in storytelling.

•  Opportunities to collaborate on seasonal menus, food pairings, and unique tasting experiences.

• 3+ years bartending experience in high-end cocktail bars or restaurants.

• Deep knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, and global spirits.

• Strong leadership and training skills—this role will set the tone for the bar team.

• Ability to engage guests, tell stories, and create memorable experiences.

• A passion for precision, presentation, and pushing creative boundaries.

• Professionalism, reliability, and excitement for being part of a brand-new concept.
