The Role

The Busser will be responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience throughout Zero Bond. 

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant and club areas before members are seated
• Set tables with necessary napkins, linens and glassware
• Polishing all glassware and silverware
• Restock utensils, napkin glassware and other dining room needs throughout club areas
• Communicate with server for initial water service
• Removes dirty glassware, flare-ware and plate-ware when needed
• Clean and reset tables after members leave
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• Inform management and waitstaff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
• Must be well groomed and adhere to the Zero Bond uniform requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience

• Passion & knowledge for food and beverage operations
• Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times

• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours
• Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly 
• Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
