Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for cooks who take pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship, and who are eager to grow within a high-performing, professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Execution

Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, plating standards, and quality expectations.

Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning during all services.

Properly set up, maintain, and break down assigned stations.
Kitchen Operations & Teamwork

Follow prep lists, production schedules, and station organization standards.

Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service flow.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products in accordance with food safety and kosher guidelines.
Cleanliness, Safety & Kosher Compliance

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.

Follow all health department regulations, safety procedures, and kosher kitchen protocols.

Work under rabbinical supervision to ensure full kosher compliance.
Qualifications

Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook in a professional kitchen preferred.

Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques.

Ability to follow direction, recipes, and systems with consistency and attention to detail.
