Amorelia Cocina Artesanal is hiring Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in professional kitchens.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of line cook or professional kitchen experience
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and prep
Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work clean and organized under pressure
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep, service, and closing duties
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $24.00)
