Amorelia Cocina Artesanal is seeking a Lead Cook to support kitchen leadership and execute culinary standards during service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Cook or supervisory kitchen role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and station execution
Fine dining or chef-driven kitchen experience preferred
Ability to lead by example during service
Strong organization, cleanliness, and food safety practices
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
Execute menu items consistently and to standard
Support and guide line cooks during service
Assist with training and quality control
Maintain station organization and sanitation
Communicate effectively with chefs and front-of-house
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $27.00)
