Piccadilly Grace is a fast-growing café brand with two thriving locations, known for exceptional food, elevated fast-casual service, and a strong sense of community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our teams, elevate guest experiences, and help build scalable systems that support future expansion.

The Front of House Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing daily café operations while driving consistency, profitability, and culture across both locations. This position blends hands-on leadership with strategic management to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.

Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations across both café locations, ensuring consistent service standards, product quality, and brand presentation.
- Maintain and improve operational systems, policies, and best practices to increase efficiency and support growth.
- Manage vendor relationships, ordering processes, and inventory controls to minimize waste and control costs.
- Supervise café leads and front-of-house staff, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Act as a visible leader on the floor, supporting staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Financial Management
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and daily performance to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Review and analyze P&L statements, COGS, and operational metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through operational improvements.

Marketing & Brand Growth
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and community events to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate on social media content, brand storytelling, and digital engagement efforts.
- Track marketing performance and help refine strategies to maximize impact.
- Ensure all guest-facing touchpoints align with Piccadilly Grace’s brand identity and values.

Team Development & Culture
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing front-of-house team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture across both locations.
- Lead by example, reinforcing professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Implement recognition and incentive programs that motivate performance and engagement.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing labor, budgets, and operational performance.
- Familiarity with marketing, social media, or local brand promotion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation Details
