Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment and is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a highly professional culinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes with precision and consistency during service.

• Maintain mise en place and station organization to Beckon’s high standards.

• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, prep, and seasonal changes.

• Uphold best practices for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Assist in receiving and proper storage of ingredients.

• Support a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred; fine dining or tasting menu experience a plus.

• Strong knife skills, technique, and attention to detail.

• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
