Located inside the Four Seasons on Fort Lauderdale Beach, MAASS brings a contemporary wood-fire philosophy and global culinary inspiration to South Florida. With ingredients sourced from the finest markets in Europe and Japan, luxury fruits, world-class seafood, and a service style inspired by the great gastronomic cities of Europe, the restaurant represents the newest expression of Chef Ratino’s Michelin-recognized hospitality.

Our bar program is a cornerstone of the MAASS experience — featuring precise technique, luxury spirits, tableside cocktails, creative presentations, and an uncompromising commitment to refinement and consistency. This is an environment where bartenders are both artisans and storytellers.
