James Beard Award–winning bar Maison Premiere is hiring experienced Food Runners and Back Waiters to join our team.
We are seeking hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic, polished demeanor, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
Ideal candidates will have:

Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly between FOH and BOH

Interest in seafood, oysters, and learning our food program

A professional appearance and calm presence under pressure

Fine-dining or high-volume experience preferred

Genuine interest in craft cocktails, absinthe, wine, and seafood

A commitment to representing the Maison Premiere brand and hospitality standards
