• Prepare and execute a menu of authentic Italian dishes using traditional methods and fresh, high-quality ingredients

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in Italian restaurants or trattorias

• Knowledge of authentic Italian specialties

• Passion for cooking and attention to detail

• Culinary degree preferred but not required
