- Assist in menu development, costing, and inventory management
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling
Who You Are:
- 2+ years experience as Sous Chef or strong culinary team member ready to step up
- Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine – from regional classics to modern trends
- Calm under pressure, with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passionate about food, detail-driven, and always pushing for better
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
