Join our team as a Food Runner at Harbour Club Miami where you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to our members and guests’ tables. Responsibilities:

• Bring dishes from the kitchen to the correct person at the correct table in the dining room. Graciously and confidently explain the dishes to members and guests.

• Clearly and effectively communicate and call-back with the Chef(s)/Expo 

• Assist service team with needs on the floor, and culinary team with needs in the kitchen

• Assist with special requests and accommodate member and guest needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas

• Assist in preparing for special events and private functions as needed

• Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times

Qualifications:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must be clear, confident and hospitable when calling-back to Expo and explaining dishes tableside. Must remember table and seat numbers to appropriately drop each dish.

• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, lift/carry heavy items and traverse stairs repetitively
