Now Hiring: Barbacks – Oscar Wilde NYC

Oscar Wilde is looking for experienced barbacks to join our fast-paced, high-volume bar and restaurant. We’re seeking team players with a positive, friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting bartenders during service
• Fully stocking the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies
• Preparing and batching cocktails for high-volume service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Supporting smooth and efficient service at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Prior barback experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Position details:

• Full-time availability required
• Must be available for brunch, afternoon/lunch, and dinner shifts
• Growth opportunities available for the right candidate
