Job Details
We're seeking an Restaurant Manager to assist overseeing day to day operations. While contributing to elevate the guest experience, create efficient systems, motivate staff and set expectations for every service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 year restaurant management experience in a full-service, high volume environment.
- Wine and Beverage knowledge a must.
- Strong knowledge of operations--including food, beverage, inventory handling, staff supervision, food safety standards, and guest recovery.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be honest, genuine, and have an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude.
- Must believe in the restaurant and its product and be able to share our passion with our guests.
- Strong financial and cash handling skills.
- Administrative and computer knowledge required.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Open/close restaurant (depending on shift) with servers and oversee their work
- Manage the floor during service
- Complete minor accounting tasks related to closing reports, petty cash counting and pay-outs, invoicing, and daily data entry.
- Assist in inventory weekly.
- Order dry goods and supplies for the restaurant.
- Manage daily labor by cutting staff when appropriate, and in a way that does not affect the guest experience.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Constantly touch tables throughout the flow of service.
- Work collaboratively to ensure continuous improvement in guest experience, service, operational effectiveness, employee retention, and satisfaction.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest experience is never compromised as a result of operational challenges.
- Work closely communicating with General Manager and CDC on daily operations.
We are an all-day, chef driven concept. We have a strong commitment to French bistro fare and work daily to bring a slice of France to Los Angeles!

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
