  • Execute Chef Jon Krinn's vision and dishes. the format is tasting menu. 
  • Prep with the Team
  • Execute techniques and processes according to Chef Krinn's standards and expectations
  • Insure the Team is on the same page at all times
  • Communicate all information in an organized fashion
  • Work a Station during service
  • Be involved with the creative process with Chef Krinn and the Team
  • Practice calmness and coolness under pressure
  • Treat all Chefs and FOH employees with total respect
