Ember & Ash is a live-fire kitchen and bar on East Passyunk Avenue, known for inventive food, serious cocktails, and a warm neighborhood feel. We’re looking for a bartender with both technical skill and great energy — someone who can hold their own on a busy night while making every guest feel at home.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail-focused restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and enthusiasm for creative flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. You’ll work closely with both FOH and BOH.
- A genuine love of hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, prep fresh ingredients daily.
- Support the dining room and service team as needed.
- Bring professionalism, personality, and passion to every shift.

Compensation Details
