Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, El Vez brings the vibrant spirit of Mexico’s Baja coast to life at the W Fort Lauderdale. The space is as colorful and lively as its menu, featuring bold design, indoor and outdoor bars, a spacious oceanfront patio, and an atmosphere that’s always full of energy.
El Vez serves creative yet classic Mexican fare with a focus on Baja-style cooking and South Florida’s freshest seafood. Guests enjoy signature margaritas, inventive cocktails, and an impressive selection of mezcals and tequilas.
We’re looking for experienced and passionate Bartenders who bring energy, creativity, and hospitality to every guest interaction.

Who You Are:
-
2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, well-rated restaurant or bar
-
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails, especially agave-based spirits
-
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-
A natural host with a guest-first mindset and a positive attitude

Able to stay organized and calm under pressure
-
Team-oriented and professional in demeanor and appearance

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
