Bartender

We are seeking experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our team at Bourbon & Branch! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Open Availability is a must! Weekends are needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take complete drink and food orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Upsell additional items such as spirits, appetizers or desserts to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Assist team members during busy periods
- Participate in training and staff meetings as required

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Extensive Cocktail Knowledge
- Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with food safety and DOH regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
