Food Runner

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Food Runner / Expeditor / Dishwasher to join our team. This is a key support role that helps keep the kitchen and dining room running smoothly. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering great service—both to guests and to the kitchen team.

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, safely, and accurately.

• Ensure each plate is complete, properly garnished, and presented correctly before leaving the kitchen.

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.

• Assist the kitchen during peak service by organizing ticket orders.

• Check dishes for accuracy, timing, and presentation before they go out.

• Keep the pass organized, clean, and stocked during the shift.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area.

• Support kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
