Upscale Italian Restaurant Seeking Exceptional Bartender 

Our ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of fine dining experience, preferably in an Italian Restaurant along with experience in hand-crafted cocktails, mixology, and advanced wine knowledge.

Job Requirements:

Strong education in Italian and California Wines

Experience in interacting with a high-end VIP clientele preferred

Friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for food, drinks, and service

Strong work ethic and attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness

Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and late nights
