This role requires exceptional communication skills, grace under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As the first and last point of contact, hosts set the tone for the entire dining experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating flow, and supporting seamless communication between the front desk, servers, and management. A great host ensures every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart.
