Bartender

Yingtao is a 1 Michelin-star modern Chinese fine dining restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen. As we enter a new culinary era, we're seeking a Bartender to join our FOH team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about craft, speed, and genuine hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute cocktail, wine, NA beverage, and tea service 

• Prepare and batch cocktails, manage bar mise en place, and maintain a spotless workspace

• Engage warmly with guests seated at the bar and throughout the room, offering pairing guidance, spirit recommendations, and storytelling when appropriate

• Support creative development: seasonal menu changes, R&D, spirit features, and brand-forward beverage moments

• Participate in pre-shift tastings, training modules, and beverage education

• Assist with sidework, inventory, stock, organizing, polishing, breakdown
