Yingtao is a contemporary Chinese fine-dining restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, awarded 1 Michelin star. We are seeking a Server to join our Front of House team.
Role & Responsibilities-
Execute elevated service with confidence, calm, and care throughout the dining room and chef’s counter

Guide guests through tasting menu structure, dish narratives, wine pairings, and enhancements

Maintain strong floor awareness: anticipating needs, reading tables, and supporting seamless pacing

Collaborate closely with FOH team and BOH to uphold Yingtao standards

Participate in pre-shift training, tastings, and ongoing development
-
Assist with sidework, polishing, resets, and opening/closing procedures
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
