The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for executing the menu developed by a prominent Head Chef from Portugal, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage of service. This is an incredible opportunity to help build a project from the ground up, under the mentorship of a highly respected and talented Chef.
Tashca is a tavern-style eatery. The menu is intentionally simple, featuring fast-casual Portuguese bites alongside a small selection of more substantial dishes. While the food is approachable, execution standards are high.
