FIGO Il Gelato Italiano is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our shop as a Gelato Server.

Responsibilities:

• Serve gelato and desserts to customers following our quality and service standards

• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately

• Prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte)

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food & beverage, gelato shop, café, or similar role preferred

• Experience with cash register/POS systems

• Basic knowledge of espresso machines (training provided if needed)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
